When you place an order through a private order link, we collect only the information needed to prepare and complete that order: your name, mobile phone number, email address, vehicle information (year, make, model, trim, VIN if provided), the parts ordered, the amount paid, and any notes you choose to share.
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, expiration dates or banking credentials. Card payments are completed on the payment provider's own secure hosted checkout.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your order, verify your payment, confirm parts availability and fitment, provide customer service, send order confirmations and order status updates, and notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
We may also use your information as required to keep business records or to comply with applicable law.
